All the other Coco & Eve products are sulphate-free. However, since the Clarifying Detox Shampoo is meant to provide deep cleansing, using a sulphate would be able to best achieve this. Sulphates aren’t always bad. If used at the right concentration, it can be a very effective cleansing agent. Ultimately, by adding sulphates in this shampoo, it would allow for better & more optimal penetration of other Coco & Eve products.
